We, the waterworks officials of Daegu, are committed to providing clean water and ensuring customer satisfaction, which is the utmost goal of the waterworks administration, and pledge to make every effort to provide citizens with the best administrative services possible, as outlined below.

    We will always bear in mind that citizens have the right to the best service, and that waterworks officials are obliged to provide them with such services based on a deep sense of respect and sincerity.

    As civil servants working at the forefront of the waterworks administration, we will view all issues from the perspective of citizens and respond promptly to citizens’ concerns with kindness and fairness.

    We will thoroughly manage water quality to ensure that the water is safe for all citizens.

    We will do our best to carry out waterworks construction properly and efficiently and apply all charges accurately.

    In the event any of our members cause citizens inconvenience, treat citizens in an unfriendly manner, or carry out administrative procedures in illegal or unreasonable ways, we will promptly rectify such issues and provide reasonable compensation along with a heartfelt apology.
  • 06.
    We will improve the civil service system and practices in the ways that citizens desire by collecting the opinions of citizens during the civil service work process.
